What dances are taught at the Dance Club?

Ballroom - Waltz, Tango, Foxtrot, Quickstep, Viennese Waltz.
Latin – Cha Cha, Samba, Rumba, Jive, Paso Doble.
And also – Argentine Tango, Salsa.

Can dances for special events (weddings, anniversaries, etc) be choreographed?

Yes. See our Special Dances page for more details.

Do you have children's classes?

Sorry, no. We only teach adults, and all our public and private lessons are only for adults.

Are there opportunities to dance outside of a Class or Private Lesson?

Yes, Social and Charity Dances are held regularly and you can find out about them on our news and events page.

What should I wear when I’m dancing?

Just wear comfortable footwear and clothes that do not restrict movement. Whatever you feel relaxed in wearing is best.

Do I need a dance partner?

No.

Does a dance couple have to be a man and a woman?

No. If you come as a couple you just need one to be Leader and one to be Follower.
